Toddlertime: In My Garden

Time: 11:00am to 11:30am
For ages 2 & 3 with an adult. Registration, in person, begins one week prior to program. Only registrations in person will be accepted on the first day. If there is still room in the program, registration will be accepted by phone starting on the second day. Tickets must be picked up in person for all ticketed programs.

Spectacular Saturn: Images from the Cassini-Huygens Mission

From now until May 15th, Cassini spacecraft has provided an unprecedented look at Saturn and its rings and moons since its arrival in the planet’s orbit in 2004. The images and other data returned by Cassini and its Titan probe Huygens have revealed surprising details in Saturn’s atmospheric storms, the structure of its rings, the intricate geologic patterns on its moons and even present-day geologic activity on the moon Enceladus. This exhibit consists of more than 60 views of the Saturn system ranging from sober grayscale to bright vibrant colors.

Location: South End of the GW Parkway,3200 Mount Vernon Memorial Hwy,Mount Vernon, VA 22121
Throughout the month of April, Mount Vernon offers free wagons rides to visitors! Visit the George Washington: Pioneer Farmer site Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the month of April from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to ride in a wagon pulled by Mount Vernon's livestock.

Join us at Nationals Park for Kids Run the Bases after select Sunday home games! Kids Run the Bases begins immediately following the game. All kids ages 4-12 can run the bases after Sunday home games. Jr. Nationals MVP members will have access to an exclusive line that will go onto the field first.   1. Bach To Rock is a great place to take your kids. They are running camps right now for the summer, but they offer all kinds of music classes for toddlers and for older kids. They have several locations in MD/VA area. their website is www.b2rmusic.com. Check it out!
